Payroll and cheeses

Today LJ asks me what my greatest accomplishment is which has always struck me as a bit of an absurd thing to ask. Accomplishments, any and all of them are valued things anyway so it’s a little silly to ask anybody to pinpoint any single one. Probably, currently my greatest accomplishment of the moment is something like not falling asleep over Payroll documentation. It’s not exactly my business to be sticking my nose into all this but I do feel that I should at least have something of an idea of how it works. It’s not a terribly good idea if people are running about in the hallway yelling about the BACs transfer at the end of the month and I don’t have a clue what they’re talking about.

Regardless of legislation issues at least, St Lawrence Valley mature cheddar is rather lovely though I fear that the allure of generic Dutch edam is rather lost on me.
